Vinhomes Green Paradise – Redefining Coastal Urban Living 

Vinhomes Green Paradise is a 2,870-hectare coastal megacity developed through land reclamation by Vingroup, located in Long Hoa Commune and Can Thanh Township, Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City. With a total investment of USD 10 billion and a projected population of up to 230,000 residents, the development is set to become a major catalyst for urban infrastructure and the marine economy in southern Vietnam. 

Project Vinhomes Green Paradise

Vinhomes Green Paradise is envisioned as a next-generation coastal megacity built around the ESG++ model – Green, Smart, Ecological and Regenerative – where residential living is seamlessly integrated with resort, entertainment and large-scale lifestyle amenities. 

The development is divided into four key precincts: The Haven Bay – “Vịnh Tiên” (771 ha), The Green Bay – “Vịnh Ngọc” (587 ha), The Grand Island – “Đảo Mặt Trời” (450 ha), and The Paradise – “Mũi Danh Vọng” (303 ha). In total, the project is expected to deliver more than 63,000 residential units, including approximately 15,000 premium apartments ranging from 50 to 180 m², alongside over 48,000 low-rise properties such as townhouses, shophouses, detached villas and semi-detached villas.

Selected for the low-rise residential flooring at Vinhomes Green Paradise, GA-M66006 is part of VIET Y Tile’s GAIA Collection. Featuring a matt glazed surface and a Sandstone-inspired design, the tile captures the natural character of stone through subtle veining and realistic texture, adding visual depth and a refined sense of continuity to the living space.

Made from a 600 × 600 mm granite body, the tile features a digitally printed surface that recreates the fine sand-like veining and subtly textured finish of natural Sandstone. Its neutral tones, understated stone pattern and reliable slip resistance make it a versatile choice for a wide range of interior styles, including modern, minimalist, Japandi and Scandinavian.
