The origin of VIET Y Tile factory

Viet Y Song Cong Tile is a granite production facility was one of branch of IMC . Following the collaboration between the IMC and Grand Home since 2023, Grand Home has taken the helm to operate the factory, aiming to deliver refined and optimized products to customers. Grand Home is full responsibility for manufacturing expertise, innovative design, and operational management of the distribution system.

Official production commenced in October 2023, Viet Y factory rolling out its inaugural batches of tiles distributed across provinces and cities nationwide. Leveraging the existing infrastructure and bolstered by a seasoned leadership team with extensive experience in the tile manufacturing sector, Grand Home has introduced VIET Y Tile – Idea is Infinite.

Grand Home has invested in and revamped the VIET Y Tile factory’s production line system to meet industry standards and enhance the quality of VIET Y Tile ceramic tile products.

System Digital Printing Module together with glaze materials and colors  imported from Spain for high quality surface.

Kiln 178m, temperature up to 1,200°C delivering high-quality products with sharp tile patterns, durable glazed surfaces with a low water absorption rate of under 0.25%.

The 12-step refinement process, including a glazing stage to protect against scratches, enhancing the tiles’ durability even after prolonged use.

Granite structure capable of bearing substantial loads, excellent waterproofing, and high hardness.
